Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to the purchase of hairdryers and related products via MAAY’s webshop. By completing a purchase, you accept the following terms.

1. *Prices*

All prices on MAAY’s webshop are stated in Aed , euro , and dollars and include VAT unless otherwise specified. MAAY reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.

2. *Payment*

We accept the following payment methods:
– Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, etc.)
– PayPal
– Invoice (for business customers)

Payment is only deducted when your order has been dispatched.

3. *Delivery*

Products are delivered to the address provided at checkout. The standard delivery time is 1-2 business days. All orders are shipped via GLS.

Shipping costs are automatically added at checkout and displayed before you finalize the purchase. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, and MAAY is not liable for such delays.

4. *Returns and Right of Withdrawal *

You have the right to return your items within 14 days of receipt if you change your mind about the purchase. The item must be returned in unused and unopened condition to be eligible for a refund. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

5. *Warranty*

MAAY provides a 2-year warranty on all hairdryers. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and functional issues that arise during normal use. It does not cover damages caused by accidents, misuse, or any tampering or unauthorized modifications to the product.

For warranty claims, please contact MAAY’s customer service, and we will guide you through the process.

6. *Complaints*

If you receive a defective product, you must contact MAAY’s customer service within 2 months of discovering the defect. You will be guided on how to return the product for repair, replacement, or refund.

7. *Liability*

MAAY is only liable for direct damages caused by product defects. We are not responsible for indirect damages, including data loss or financial losses resulting from the use of our products.

8. *Privacy Policy*

We process your personal data in accordance with our privacy policy. We respect your privacy and only store the necessary information to process your order.

9. *Changes to Terms and Conditions*

MAAY reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions without prior notice. Changes will be published on our website and will apply to all purchases made after the updated terms are posted.
