Affiliate terms and conditions

1. introduction

These terms and conditions apply to all affiliates who enter into an agreement with Maay to promote Maay Hair Dryer through their channels.

2. Application and Approval

To become an affiliate partner, an approved application from Maay is required.
We reserve the right to reject applications without giving a reason.

3. Commission

– Affiliate partners receive a 20% commission for each successful referral that results in a sale.
– The commission is calculated as a percentage of the sales price excluding VAT and shipping.

4. payment

– Commission is paid via bank transfer or PayPal.
– The minimum payout amount is 500 DKK.
– Payment is made within 30 days after the end of the month.

5. Use of marketing material

Affiliate partners get access to Maay’s official marketing materials. All other material must be pre-approved.

6. Prohibited practices

– Using Maay’s name for misleading or illegal marketing.
– Manipulating tracking links to obtain unauthorized commissions.
– Using paid search advertising (PPC) on Maay’s brand name without permission.

Violation may result in termination of the collaboration without notice and loss of earned commission.

7. Liability and compensation

Maay cannot be held liable for any loss or damage arising in connection with the Affiliate Partner’s activities. The Affiliate shall indemnify and hold Maay harmless in the event of claims resulting from unlawful practices.

8. Termination of agreement

Either party can terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice. Earned commission is paid out upon termination of the agreement, provided that the amount exceeds the minimum payout.

9. change of conditions

Maay reserves the right to change these terms and conditions. Changes will be notified in writing with at least 30 days’ notice.
